tubeworms
- The tube worm is a fundamental part , since it cover the worm with a stong protection such as the crabs and shrimps. This can also protect the worm from predator and toxics chemicals from the hydrothermal vents.
- Plume it's another important part of the tube worms. This have a red color which is also where the blood its storage . The plume can filter oxygen , hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide from the seawater transporting it until the compounds of the cavity bacteria.
- The job of the muscle is to hold the worm from the tube.
- The cavity is just packaged with the bacteria. When the bacteria make its chemosyntesis , whihc is like photosynthesis but under sea.
Chemosynthesis: 2
* Explain the different between photosynthesis and chemosynthesis
One main factor of the difference between these two process is the sun. Since it can only reach plants , the sunlight does not reach the bottom of the ocean . As in every case all living things need energy to survive since plants made photosynthesis a process in where they absorb sunlight converting them into sugars , for later release it into carbon dioxide , the Chemosynthesis occur when the fluids of the hydrothermal vents came up , then the microbes living around take the chemicals from it , then by taking out the hydrogen sulfide they get energy by the result of getting sugars from it, and finally they releases sulfur and water.
